This project involved the conversion of the floors above the Highbury Barn pub into flats to be let. The brief was clear – to maximise market rental value of the newly created flats.

We worked closely with Anthony Green & Spencer who represented the client and are one of the UK’s leading commercial and residential advisories.

We presented different options including adding one or two floors to the existing structure.

The final scheme includes four two-bedroom flats, each with open plan living dining kitchen and a roof terrace. The roof terraces really add value and were created by dividing the flat roof on one side of the building. A simple and clean palette of materials and finishes was developed and consistently applied throughout.
